Terms of Trade

Orders must be pre-paid via PayPal, Cheque, EFT or Credit Card.
Products have a 30day replacement warranty if faulty.
Retailers who want to purchse at wholesale prices must establish an account prior to supply and must supply a personal guarantee and additional information other that that requested 'online'. Future orders may be placed on account once approved.
To make application for a credit account you must phone or email for an application form, which will be accompanied with a full 'terms of trade' information sheet..
Account holders will not have full title to goods until total payment (of clear funds) is received.
We reserve the right to reclaim unpaid goods (in the original packing and condition they were received) if not paid within agreed trading terms.
