The aim of the POSITIVE POSTURE PROGRAM is to prevent injury and promote good health, by reducing risk factors for skeletal and muscular problems by promoting healthy behaviours via ergonomics.
 
It is our objective to highlight the need for good posture.  Encouraging individuals and communities to increase awareness and take control over the determinants of their health, and thereby vastly improve their health. The need for good posture is paramount as it influences everything we do. 
 
A school based posture program can target issues of poor posture and the effect it has on concentration; neck, shoulder; back pain and eye stress.  By addressing these concerns with a positive influence, steps can be taken to turn it around.
  
Laptop computers & incorrect postures while reading and studying contribute to degeneration of ones health and lifestyle.
 
Improving posture leads to increased concentration; reduced eye stress; improved performance; confidence and positive self esteem.
 
The health factors along with improved concentration will benefit everyone in our community.
