For your body to be more receptive to exercise and physical fitness it is essential to improve body alignment. If you want to reach your peak in your chosen sport you must take this seriously.
We spoke to Tony Priddle for some advice and here is what he said.
"Children spend 10 to 15 years being educated sitting at a desk and the majority of adults then spend the next 40 years doing the same thing at work.
It is this seated position that shortens the hip flexors and hamstrings and overstretches the back muscles and connective tissue which is a major cause of rounded shoulders.
If you can find a way to either prevent or improve your posture you should investigate and research the products claims.
